Effective as at 11 July 2025

1. Use of our website/s, app/s and products/services are governed by the following terms and conditions, as may be amended or superseded from time to time, which are incorporated into and form part of your agreement with SEEK:

a). SEEK's Advertising Terms of Use, which can be found at https://sg.employer.seek.com/support/termsconditions (Advertising Terms);

b). SEEK’s Product Terms and Conditions, which can be found at https://sg.employer.seek.com/support/productterms (Product Terms); and

c). SEEK’s Candidate Matches and Premium Talent Search Terms, which can be found at https://sg.employer.seek.com/support/talentsearchofferterms (Talent Search Terms). ⁠

The Advertising Terms contain rules for account use (including fair use policies and advertiser obligations), ad posting, payment, privacy and data handling and intellectual property rights. The Product Terms contain specific terms and conditions applicable to individual products and services purchased by you, including use of Ad Budget, ad types, add-ons and additional features. The Talent Search Terms contain specific terms and conditions applicable to your use of Candidate Matches and Premium Talent Search, as applicable. The Advertising Terms, Product Terms and Talent Search Terms are collectively known as the “Site Terms”. In the event of inconsistency between the Site Terms and the other terms of this agreement, the other terms of this agreement will prevail. By signing this agreement (where required), or otherwise by posting ads on our website/s or app/s or accessing the products/services under this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement, including these Additional Terms and the Site Terms. ⁠

2. If during the term of this agreement you enter into a queued agreement (being a SEEK Commercial Agreement with a Start Date that is specified to commence upon expiry of this existing SEEK agreement), the Service Period for the relevant product/service will end on the earlier of: (i) the End Date specified for that product/service on page 1 of this agreement; or (ii) the date upon which you have consumed that product/service. This applies regardless of the Overage status for the relevant product/service on page 1 of this agreement. ⁠

3. Where you have purchased access to Talent Search, the following paragraphs apply:

a). in the case of any access to Talent Search purchased in conjunction with an Ad Budget, the Service Period for that Talent Search access will end, and all unused Talent Search Credits remaining on your account will expire, when the Service Period for the associated Ad Budget ends. This includes where the Service Period for that Ad Budget ends before the End Date, for example in a queued agreement or no overage scenario (refer to the “Additional usage” section and paragraph 2 above for more information); and

b). in the case of any access to Talent Search purchased as a standalone service (referred to as a Premium Talent Search – Pack or Talent Search – Pack), the Service Period for that Talent Search access will end on the earlier of: (i) the End Date specified for that product/service on page 1 of this agreement (at which point all unused Talent Search Credits remaining on your account will expire); or (ii) the date upon which you have consumed your Talent Search Credits. ⁠

4. If you have multiple Ad Budget types on foot at the same time, interactions between these Ad Budgets may affect how your ads are posted and charged. For example, different Ad Budgets may have different activation requirements, overlapping ad type eligibility or specific draw-down sequences. These rules may change from time to time. Refer to the Product Terms for more information. ⁠

5. Some ad types and other products/services may be unavailable in certain locations. Refer to the Product Terms for more information. ⁠

6. In the event you do not return a validly completed and signed agreement (where required), SEEK requests additional documentation from you prior to activating your agreement, you have disputed the terms of your agreement, there is a hold on your account relating to outstanding balances or there is another issue with your account, SEEK may delay activation of, and the Start Date for, any of the products/services under your agreement. ⁠

7. Unless expressly specified by SEEK, any products/services not listed in this agreement that are purchased by you will be charged at the per unit price for casual purchasers at the time of purchase and invoiced separately. Refer to the Site Terms for more information. ⁠

8. Any purchase order terms or similar terms, or any other ancillary documents (including environmental, social and governance documents), issued by you in connection with this agreement will have no legal effect (even if executed by SEEK). This agreement supersedes all previous agreements, understandings and negotiations about its subject matter and embodies the entire agreement between the parties about its subject matter. ⁠

9. You acknowledge that we can invoice and collect payment without a purchase order. Any purchase orders you issue are for your administrative convenience only and do not affect your payment or other obligations under this agreement. ⁠

10. Our standard payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice. Refer to the Site Terms for more information. ⁠

11. The total amount(s) invoiced under this agreement will be subject to and inclusive of all indirect transaction taxes (if applicable) and any other applicable taxes as required by law or regulation from time to time and may differ from what is quoted in this agreement in certain circumstances including, but not limited to, tax rate changes or the introduction of new taxes. ⁠

12. SEEK reserves the right to make enquiries to assess your credit worthiness and solvency. Based on such enquiries, we may:

a). request further information from you (which must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed);

b). decide not to grant you credit; and/or

c). in the case of actual or suspected insolvency: (i) suspend the provision of products/services to you; or (ii) terminate this agreement. ⁠

13. Where you have purchased an Ad Budget, subject to SEEK's approval, at any point during the Service Period for that Ad Budget prior to full consumption of your Ad Budget you may request to increase your Ad Budget for the remainder of the relevant Service Period by signing a Supplementary Agreement. Any agreed increase will commence in the month following execution of a Supplementary Agreement and may be subject to an increase in the amount of your PTS Access Fee or TSC Access Fee (if applicable). ⁠

14. Where you are required to sign this agreement, you may sign electronically using Adobe Sign or other methods approved by SEEK. By signing electronically, you consent to the use of an electronic signature as a legally valid method of execution that is binding on your organisation. The electronically executed agreement will be deemed an original. ⁠

15. If this agreement has been translated from English into another language, in the event of interpretation difficulties or inconsistencies, the English version will prevail. ⁠

16. This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
