To identify ‘high-fit’ candidates, we combine existing AI models—which leverage candidate profile and resume data—with a model trained on millions of past hiring decisions, to predict a candidate’s likelihood of being shortlisted for any given job ad.

High-fit candidates are three times more likely to be shortlisted than candidates who are not¹. 

New ways to reach relevant candidates   

Driving more than half of applications on SEEK¹, recommendations are a critical channel to connect your jobs with the most relevant candidates.  

Advanced and Premium ads will now be promoted in a new placement on similar ads, helping you reach candidates when they are most active and engaged.  

Exclusivity is maintained for Premium Ads, with similar roles not promoted on these ads, helping you capture and keep candidate attention for competitive roles.  

Premium ads will also be sent as an exclusive recommendation to high-fit candidates on your behalf, based on SEEK data. Candidates are 40% more likely to engage with these exclusive recommendations than standard job alerts, helping increase engagement with your highest priority jobs¹. 

Post jobs for free with Lite Ads 

For roles that are easier to fill, Jobstreet offers Lite Ads, letting you post a job and access candidates at no cost.

It’s a great way to find talent for high-supply roles, without dipping into your budget. And if you need extra help to fill urgent or harder-to-fill roles, you can choose to pay for added performance only when needed.

More choice to make better decisions  

The Advanced Ad now gives you more ways to reach the right candidates with greater search visibility and recommendations compared to our Basic Ad.
